Yes they do. Called to confirm.
Had a great meal. This place is a great no-frills Japanese hibachi, but don't let "no-frills" fool you. The food, the chefs, the presentation is all on par with Japanese steakhouses that are much more expensive! We will definitely repeat. The chef gave a very entertaining presentation when preparing our meal and the food was great! There was so much of it, neither of us could finish our plates, but a to-go box was out of the question since we were on a motorcycle. Never had to wait long for refills on drinks. A++ Service all the way around.
We go to the sushi bar in back, its always same guy working and he's pretty cool. Plus you get to watch him make sushi for the whole restaurant. The prices aren't bad either
Food was good, atmosphere was good and people very friendly.. only complaint is it was hot in there, we were in a booth and temp reached 83 degrees. If it was cooler would have been more enjoyable.
Old-time classic. Love this place been coming here for years. Must have a dancing bear every time I come here.
This was definitely an experience, I went in a party of 5, 2 wheelchairs included. we got seated around 30 minutes upon arrival, the chef arrived soon after and was really entertaining. The taste of the food was incredibly good!!!!!I have had lots of teppanyaki style food and have been through quite a few Japanese steakhouses from TN to FL yet this place is felt so new and atmospheric. The prices are about average for this type of meal ($$) ,I highly recommend this place , very nice employees and our waitress (Andrea) was very professional and attentive. 5/5 would go again.
Excellent food, amazing service and cozy atmosphere. The only complaints we have are that they are far away and sometimes, during the times when they were re-opening and had limited dine in service, they weren't able to facilitate to-go orders. If you love hibachi, this is the place to go in Hillsborough County.
Phenomenal food and experience. If you're looking for that Kobe experience without the Kobe price tag, this is the place. Awesome assortment of food, priced far lower than similar restaurants. The hibachi tables are also much smaller which allows for a much more intimate meal than at competing restaurants. No more awkward dinners with strangers. Definitely would recommend and will most definitely be returning.
The chef Miguel was awesome!!
2nd time here, just as good as the 1st time. What a hidden gem. Staff is always friendly and the food is top quality. the cooks are always fun to watch. Would pick this place over the large chains any day!
Been here like 3-4 times and this last time it was funny because the cook didn't know what he was doing.
Went with a group of friends and I was the only 1 that didn't get sick. Everyone had the shrimp 🍤 well not me they all got sooo sick from eating them. On top of it all NO SUSHI like for real I am kind of glad I would have probably gotten sick too... Well for the money we spent the food wasn't even worth it... Had to wait 45 min before we actually got sat. It was extremely difficult to sit in there it was soooo freaking hot 🔥 😫... I can honestly say I will not be going there again
Best rice and yum yum. The sushi is the best in town. Great sushi bar in the back, Terry makes the best Sushi. Sexy girl and Crab Rangoon.
I'm not going to say it was a disappointment.. They were very busy.. But we had reservation.. took forever to be seated and then it was a crazy time of feeling like they needed the table back right away.. Chef was awkward and felt like it was his 3rd weekend on the job.. The guy is in his 50s.. Waiter was borderline rude and had absolutely no interest at all.. But food was absolutely amazing and because of that we might come back.. Last time was so great and now we kinda feel like we made a b-day mistake... The 2 of us did get 50% birthday discount .. check came out as $65.. only left 15% tip.. my usual is 20 to 25% ..
Food was good, alcohol cheap. Hibachi master was on point. Restaurant was a little warm but not unbearable. Combo meals average 22$ with the lobster and filet mignon around $30. All in all a good experience. Will visit again
This was really yummy , due to covid we had a private chef hibachi experience lol it was actually cool
Reservations made. Arrived 15 minutes early just for grins. Reservation time came around and there were 4 tables seated and we were asked to wait 10-15 minutes. An hour and a half later, still eating, we were handed our bill and a “to go” box. Ice melted in drinks, Dodd quality average and as last service the portions were scant on the rice and veggies. They did have an abundance of bean sprouts but who the hell eats that with all the “not so diet friendly “ food. We did enjoy the couple we met during dinner who were equally as disappointed. Kobe is worth the price. Poorly run establishment imo.
Absolutely amazing! Clean and great food! The habatchi was GREAT!
Been going here for years. The food is very good and priced well. My go to combo is the lobster and shrimp. The lobster is so juicy and tender and the shrimp is fantastic! Can never get enough of that yum yum sauce it’s an addiction! I always request Kevin, he’s really funny and entertaining! Jotos is my favorite dining experience that rivals competitors. Highly recommend it here!
